Hog roasts are perfect for a party with a minimum of 100 guests.
Hog Roast
Our hogs are roasted slowly for 7 hours and are carved for you by us.
Our Hog Roast is served in floured baps with apple puree, sage and onion sausage meat stuffing and crackling.
Lamb Spit
For smaller events we would recommend a lamb spit roast, feeding up to 50 people.
Our lamb spits are served in floured baps with mint sauce and rosemary and garlic stuffing.

Our Paella is cooked by us in front of you in the traditional Spanish style. Using an authentic base of paella rice, sweet red peppers, garlic, onion, peas, saffron and paprika. It is served to you with crusty bread and your choice of salads.
