Oh my GOD, Laura & Shaune….!!!!!! WHAT A CULINARY PERFORMANCE. We can’t stop talking/thinking/dreaming about the food…. Hands down the BEST wedding food I have ever ever eaten. The presentation was outstanding, the green mango and prawn salad was my favourite thing I’ve ever eaten, the lamb was MELTING in my mouth and so so luxurious and delicious with the salsa verde and I don’t even know where to begin with the puds. The chocolate nemesis was my best friend and we have had SWATHES of emails/texts/calls about the wedding, NONE of them fail to mention the outstanding food so we thank you so so so much for all your hard work and your magic skills. The girls were simply wonderful, so friendly and smiley and helpful. Just amazing.
You have been an absolute joy to work with. Thank you for shouldering so much of our stress and going above and beyond to help us pull off the wedding of the century. We really couldn’t have done it without you and (I’ll stop going on about it) but the food was such a highlight. My glass was never empty, the flow of the evening was just superb (for us anyway… I’m sure it was a different story for you guys but we would never know) and we will be SINGING YOUR PRAISES to anyone that will listen. I would like to say a big thank you to Laura & Shaune for the catering at my wedding. The food was fabulous and tasted amazing. Especially the coronation coleslaw. All the guests at our wedding commented on how amazing the food was. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The day ran very smoothly and that was mainly due to the catering throughout the day. Everything was laid out on time and I could not fault any of the dishes. Wish I could plan another party so that I could eat the food again.
Also my husband has asked if you can send him some more coronation coleslaw for his work lunches. LOL.

Where do we start?! A thank you is probably a good place but it feels like it does not do you justice. From the moment we met you guys we felt totally at ease about our wedding catering and your relaxed ‘can do’ attitude made our day extra special. We realise we can’t have been the most straight forward of clients but no job was too much for you.
The canapés, sides and service were out of this world. You went above and beyond to work alongside the Vargas Brothers producing an amazing combination of flavours that complimented the locally reared beef perfectly. Even a power cut was no issue for your team who continued to work without falter!
Final word – the chimichurri – I have not stopped receiving compliments on this. We must have your recipe, or failing that a vat of it delivered monthly!

You made the whole process so smooth and we are so grateful for how easy you made it from the original booking to making the set up last Friday so relaxed for us!

At the start of our wedding planning, we felt a bit overwhelmed by all the decisions we had to make, especially the wedding breakfast! We wanted a very relaxed wedding but weren’t sure how to make this idea come together. Then we met Laura and Shaune! They listened so carefully to how we felt then painted a picture of how they could make it a reality for us.
We had canapés followed by a BBQ, and it really felt like a garden party with friends; relaxed, low key, fabulous food that all of our guests loved- we couldn’t have asked for more.
The food was just exceptional; the Vietnamese pork was amazing, and I will never forget the sticky toffee pud with salted caramel sauce, it was delicious!
Their staff were so friendly on the day and in the build up to the wedding Laura and Shaune were always there to offer advice and answer questions. We are so pleased that they catered our wedding, we could not have asked for more.
